What We Don't Handle

Our production facility is 100% free from:

Soybeans (soya)
Milk (dairy)

Mustard
Sesame seeds
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
Lupin
Molluscs

All our products are:

Completely gluten-free

Free from all major allergens except tree nuts

⚠️ Important: What We DO Use

We are NOT suitable for nut allergies.

We use almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, and pistachios in our facility. Whilst we maintain strict procedures, we cannot guarantee our products are safe for those with nut allergies.

How We Ensure Zero Contamination

Supplier Control: Every ingredient is certified and tested before entering our facility. We only work with suppliers who can guarantee their products are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and soya. All ingredients are completely traceable from source to your door.

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf life: All products are dispatched with a minimum 5-day shelf life (some products last longer — see individual product pages for details).

Storage: Store in the refrigerator once received. Some products can be frozen — check individual product pages for specific guidance.
