Tuesday – Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: Premium delivery service available (excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands)

How Fast Can I Get My Order?

Next Day Delivery: Order by 2:30pm Monday–Thursday for next working day delivery
Saturday Delivery: Order by 1:00pm Friday for Saturday delivery

All services include full tracking and proof of delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Our couriers will contact you via email or text with an estimated delivery time on your chosen delivery day. All orders require proof of delivery (photo + recipient name) unless you specify a safe place with the courier.

Important: Our sausage rolls are perishable food items. We don't recommend leaving them unattended outside and cannot guarantee quality if left unattended.

Check for delivery cards from our couriers
Check with neighbours who may have accepted delivery
Look in designated safe areas (porch, garage, etc.)

Missing orders must be reported within 24 hours of dispatch.
